Eleanor Morgan - President and CEO

Eleanor Morgan is that rare combination of talent nurturer and goal-driven business owner.

She established MD&E, with her husband, in 1992 and serves the company as its President and CEO. Certified as a Woman Owned Business in 2006, the corporation specializes in data management and custom applications support services. Recently, MD&E has launched two new business units, Professional Staffing Services and Medical Practice EMR Implementations, both of which function under the Clarity trade name. Additionally, she owns Bella Eden, a property management company, and Occasions, an event planning and chef services company.

Eleanor’s principles, founded on deep personal faith and total devotion to her family, employees, colleagues, and friends, include trust, loyalty and generosity. Led by a personally selected management team of experts, she has set MD&E on a solid growth path with an employee pool that now approaches 100.

In addition to being extraordinarily skilled in team building and mentoring, especially of young entrepreneurial women, Eleanor Morgan has a proven track record in business management, customer relations and information technology.

She provides support and guidance to several area charitable organizations, loves walks along the beach and spending time at her husband’s horse farm, and has emerged as a new author, together with three Atlanta colleagues, of a book by, about and for businesswomen, scheduled for publication in mid 2010.

Charles Morgan - Co-founder and Board Member

Charles Morgan spent just enough time at Georgia Tech to learn all he needed to know about engineering, and then at the John Marshall School of Law to become sufficiently versed in all aspects of Business Law.

Couple that with firm roots in Georgia and an innate sense of sharp and adventurous entrepreneurship and you get an idea of who this icon of Atlanta’s business community is.

After 30+ years of activity in start-ups and acquisitions around the South, Charles Morgan, who co-founded MD&E in 1992, is today the company’s Board Advisor. Charles now has time to focus on another aspect of his American Dream, viz. a horse farm in Northeast Georgia.

“Believe in your own dream to succeed”, he advises. “Success is not built on other people’s dreams.”
