Eleanor Morgan - President and CEO
Mrs. Morgan is a visionary executive who has a clear idea of where MD&E is going and how to get there as evidenced by her responsibility for the overall strategy and direction of the company. Mrs. Morgan also is responsible for financial management, contract management and partnerships. Mrs. Morgan has over 25 years of business experience within the Atlanta marketplace and is a member of multiple Atlanta based technology organizations. 

Don Conklin - Executive Vice President
Mr. Conklin is responsible for business development, sales, marketing strategy and brand recognition for MD&E. Mr. Conklin holds an undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Alabama. Mr. Conklin has over 25 years of industry experience, including key positions in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service. Don is very active in the business community, being on the Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and in the Chairman’s club at the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce.

Monica Caras - Engagement Manager
Mrs. Caras is responsible for establishing and structuring teams to provide an array of services such as frontline customer service, CRM analysis, implementation, and ongoing support solutions.  A firm believer in understanding business processes, products, and services, Monica believes that providing a “best in class” customer experience is key to acquiring and retaining the best customers. Monica attended Oglethorpe University and is currently active in multiple Atlanta based technology associations.

Amy Kidd - Engagement Manager
Mrs. Kidd holds a key leadership role in developing and implementing engagements with our major customers.  She currently is leading one of our largest engagements which covers several different disciplines including Service Desk, CRM and BI support, as well as Customer Data Management.  She has over 15 years of industry experience in all areas of the business.  She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and a Masters of Business Administration from Mercer University. 

Reno Borgognoni - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Borgognoni is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for MD&E. He also is directly involved in new contract negotiation.  Mr. Borgognoni is a graduate of Delta State University, a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and Registered Representative. Mr. Borgognoni is also extremely active in the Atlanta business community and is a member of multiple organizations including the AICPA and NASD.
